Bulk Orders: Bulk orders, which include custom packaging and customized insoles, will take longer to process and ship due to the detailed customization process. Estimated delivery times for bulk orders will be provided upon order confirmation, but please allow for extended lead times as we ensure that your products meet your specific branding and quality requirements.
You are responsible for providing a valid and correct shipping address. We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect information provided by you.

Bulk orders are non-refundable due to the custom nature of the products. Please ensure all details are correct before finalizing bulk orders.
