Return Policy

FastFlex Carbon Fiber Insoles - 60-Day Return Policy
We stand by the quality of our FastFlex Carbon Fiber Insoles and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may return the insoles within 60 days of the original purchase date for a refund, subject to the following conditions:
Return Conditions:

Unaltered Condition:
Insoles must be in their original, uncut, and unaltered condition.
We cannot accept returns for insoles that have been trimmed, modified, or otherwise altered.
Restocking Fee:
A $18.00 restocking fee will apply per pair of insoles returned.
Proof of Purchase:
A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be provided to process your return.
Return Process:

Contact our customer service team at support@getfastflex.com to initiate your return.
Package the insoles securely and include your receipt or proof of purchase.
Ship the insoles to the return address provided by our customer service team. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once we receive and inspect the returned insoles, we will process your refund minus the applicable restocking fee(s). Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to appear on your original payment method.
